Dislikedthe very rude staff, the dirty rooms and, in addition, the rooms full of bedbugs, I'll leave you some pictures. It should be avoided for your health

LikedI wasn't bothered by the staff at all, just the security alarm, the blazing light coming from my ceiling, the ungodly noises from the other rooms and the eternal puddle on the floor in the bathroom.

DislikedThe bathroom always had a wet floor, I didn't mind that it was shared, but it was utterly disgusting to walk in. One of the people from the front desk had a temper, which doesn't make sense when the goal is to convey hospitality. There was a giant skylight but no windows in my room, which means every day I woke up at 7 am and couldn't get back to sleep. (Pictured) The location is awful, it's an hour outside of the downtown area with trains and street cars; for 400$ I expected better. The price is utterly ludicrous, 150-170 a night, plus a security deposit of 100$, I swear it deserves a lawsuit. The walls were so thin I could hear the guy farting and snoring in the adjacent room. Most of the building the hotel is in has locked and condemned blocks, the only thing that's opened is the hotel on one side and the 24h corner store on the other. I wouldn't care about any of this if the price wasn't a total ripoff, do yourself a favor, go somewhere else even if you have to pay more. I say that as someone almost entirely broke.
