Exceptional hotel- We stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Taormina for 5 nights. I can’t praise the staff enough for their incredible hospitality, delicious meals, attentive service during breakfast and dinner and trip recommendations. We loved our room 402 where we had sea views as well as views of Taormina and mount Etna. The rooms are cleaned twice a day. The breakfast is excellent - lots of Sicilian delicacies that you must try! The hotel has plenty of character and very central. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. We are already looking to go back!

We stayed here for one night for our 30th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better hotel. It’s in the centre of the old town of Taormina, a beautifully restored old building as the name suggests but all mod cons. Fabulous rooms with stunning views, super comfy bed, good shower and toiletries, slippers and dressing gown. We stayed on 3rd floor which are all baroque style but they also have modern and Arabic styles on other floors. The hotel staff could not have been any lovelier and their is a roof top terrace bar which has just opened. We would definitely go back if we were in Taormina again

If you're a fan of luxury, impeccable service, and mouthwatering food and drinks, then you've got to check out Palazzo Vecchio Taormina. This charming boutique hotel recently reopened and is conveniently located just steps away from Taormina's main street, Corso Umberto, where all the action happens. A few weeks back, my daughter and I treated ourselves to a lovely getaway at this gem of a hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and received attentive care throughout our stay. The ambiance is simply enchanting, with exquisite Sicilian design and breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. Let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness! The selection is incredibly indulgent, and the cocktails are simply delightful. The staff, like magical fairies, go above and beyond to make your wishes come true. They seem to have a sixth sense for anticipating your needs and ensuring you have a wonderful time. Honestly, this has been my best experience so far, and I can't wait to visit this beautiful hotel again in the future. It's the perfect place to unwind and indulge in pure luxury.

Palazzo Vecchio in Taormina is an amazing hotel that I highly recommend. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. The interior is authentic and provides an immersive Sicilian experience. The food and cocktails are delicious. It's a 10/10 experience that shouldn't be missed.

Although there are many hotels in Taormina, this one is really exceptional. The location is up on a hill, and you just have to turn right at the Pizzeria on the left and go up the stairs, it is just on the top. Not easy to find but I did mention to put a Sign for future visitors. The Rooms are excellent. Room 302 is splendid if you can book it. My parents loved this hotel and so have I. The breakfasts are delicious and you get a nice selection of Sicilian cheeses amongst the other breakfast dishes. Food is very very tasty. There is dozens of Restaurants on the same street, don't be off guard when you see stairs going down, it is actually taking you to a splendid terasse downstairs. Most people get confused at first sight when they see no tables. Miriam Presipino is not only a front desk customer service she is a fully fledged tour operator as well. She book us the Godfather Tour, Catania and Siarcuse next morning and Cefalu the last date which we were so exhausted we could not go we went back to Catania to catch a plane back. The service is exceptional, first class as is this Hotel. A splendid choice if you are lucky enough to go to this hotel. MAYER SASSON, CANADA

Don’t miss sunset here! A fabulous rooftop bar to watch the sunset or any other time for cocktails. The view of the ocean and Mt Etna are not to be missed. Anna and Sebastian were friendly and fabulous. Great service, and great food and cocktails. The appetizers were delicious. We will be back!

This hotel is outstanding! Excellent location, beautifully decorated, great breakfast and beautiful, rooftop bar! The best part was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff-especially Antonio at the front desk. We’d strongly recommend this wonderful hotel in this special town!

Whilst the well located palazzo has been very well restored and has some excellent features such as the amazing rooftop bar and its friendly staff, it’s good breakfast, for the astronomic price, it was a little underwhelming. For £1500 per night, one expected a room with a fantastic view (not of rooftops), a bath with working hot water (did ask for it to be fixed), the ability to take the sun on the roof terrace (not open until 6.30pm), a welcome (not just grapes!) and restaurant open 7 days (website did not say it was closed for two off our three days). The staff were generally welcoming and helpful however.
