LikedThe atmosphere was good. The people were helpful and friendly. The room felt secure and it is close to the train station for access to the rest of the city.

DislikedIt would be nice if the shared bathroom showers were behind a door. The fact that people walk past the shower curtain to go to the toilet was a little unnerving.

LikedExcellent location. Very central to Mëssegelände.

LikedOnly the staff, they were always helpful and friendly. And the places were pretty clean

DislikedThat there was on remodelation on the front of the building and they didn’t advise. The dust from the construction site dirty my cloth that was INSIDE THE ROOM ON THE PROPERTY and the owner first told me that wasn’t his problem and after a discussion he told me that he can wash my clothes for free but PROBABLY IT GETS SMALLER, so, was a joke the solution. There is not kitchen, and the price is expensive for what it is, you also spend lots of money on meals, when they have a kitchen but only for them. They offer a really good breakfast, and cost 9€; if they just give the permission to use the kitchen, they will rate 6-7 starts more, but it not the case.

DislikedI have ordered DHL paket for the hostel address. One box came on April 16, 2004, but receptionists have not given it to me,my deluvery box is still missing. The DhL website says that the product has been delivered successfully to the hostel, but I did not get one of the box. I have write and call the hostel but they have ignored me The other problem I had was that I forgot my headphones in room 110 in the hostel. I was the last one to check out of the room, and the cleaners came and cleaned the room but did not return my headphones there was no one after me when i have check out in the room.
